N904CF - Care Flight of Reno placed this new AS350B3 into service in November, 2003. Care Flight was the first air medical program in the world to use the MD900 Explorer, but now the fleet is comprised of 4 A-Star helicopters. Crew is Pilot, Nurse and Medic. Thanks to Nevadasky. Added 11/08/2003.

N220CF - Care Flight's helicopters are equipped with Outerlink Global Positioning System (GPS) technology that allows dispatchers to track the exact location of all aircraft at all times. Thanks to Nevadasky. Added 09/29/2002.

N417MA - Mercy Air operates 3 helicopters in the Las Vegas region of Nevada. N417MA was based in Pahrump and was destroyed in a fatal accident on 09/07/2002.
