N586BH - EastCare I landing at the helipad at Pitt County Memorial Hospital. EastCare was established in 1985 as the second
air medical program in North Carolina. EastCare has two BK117s and both are based at Pitt County Memorial Hospital in Greenville.
EastCare I is in service 24 hours a day with a Pilot and RN/RN or RN/Paramedic as the crew. Thanks to Brent Stocks.

This BK117 is EastCare II and replaced a BO105 (N485EC) in 2002. This is a temporary aircraft until
another BK117 is refurbished and painted in the EastCare color scheme. EastCare II is in service 12 hours a day
with a Pilot and RN/RN or RN/Paramedic as the crew. EastCare serves a 29 county region of Eastern North Carolina.
