N105SE - MED-LINK Air Medical Service was based at Christus St. Elizabeth Hospital in Beaumont. MED-LINK started operations in 1989 and shut down in the summer of 2003.  Thanks to Jay Marsolan, Flight Paramedic. Added to this section on 11/07/2003.




N118WS

N118WS- University Hospitals MedEvac 12 was based at Lorain County Regional Airport in Ohio. This EC135 went into service in August, 2002 and was replaced by a BK117 in the fall of 2003. Thanks to Kevin T. Sur, Director of EMS. Added to this section on 10/14/2003.




N911GH

N911GH - Guthrie One was the air medical transport service of Guthrie's Robert Packer Hospital Level II Trauma Center in Sayre, Pennsylvania. STAT MedEvac replaced Guthrie One in the summer of 2003. Photo by Roger Buck. Added to this section on 10/12/2003.

N911TM - MedServ Air 1 was affiliated with Children's Hospitals of Atlanta. The program shut down in 2003. Thanks to John Mason, Flight Nurse. Added 04/12/2000.

N495LF - Georgia Baptist Life Flight BO105 before the program became Rescue Air 1 in 2003. Thanks to Flight Nurse Jason Bailey. Added 01/08/2001.




N911GB
