G-SSXX - Essex Ambulance Service placed this EC135 into service in the summer of 2003, replacing a BO105. The helicopter is operated by Bond Air Services and is based at the Police Helipad in Boreham. The program is funded by public donations and serves the entire county of Essex during daylight hours. G-LNAA - Lincolnshire and Nottinghamshire Air Ambulance operates this MD902 and a BO105 from its base at RAF Waddington.
