N109RX - IHC Life Flight operates two Agusta A109K2 helicopters from bases in Salt Lake City and Provo. Missions consist of scene calls and inter-facility transfers within 150 miles of the bases. Normal crew is Pilot, Nurse and Medic. Life Flight also operates 3 fixed wing aircraft. Thanks to  Dave Wagner, Pilot. Added 05/18/2002.

N407UH - The University of Utah's AirMed program began operations in 1972. Crew is Pilot, Nurse and Medic. The vendor is Air Methods. AirMed's helicopters operate in a 160 mile radius of its base in Salt Lake City. Thanks to Shelley Eaglesham. Added 12/10/1999.

N430UH - The University of Utah's AirMed. In addition to the Bell407 in the above photo, AirMed also operates this Bell 430 and a Bell 206 (see photo below). In addition to these helicopters, AirMed also has two Pilatus PC12 turboprop aircraft. Thanks to Tracy Braithwaite. Added 07/26/2002.
